VICTORIA, Texas - On December 12, 2023, a Victoria County jury found William Lewis Machicek, 51, guilty of the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance following a Victoria Police Department traffic stop in September 2020 where Machicek was found in possession of more than 4 grams of cocaine.

Machicek’s minimum punishment was increased because he had been sentenced to prison in 2015 for a Felony DWI.
